Golf

At Connect Health + Movement we have practitioners with specialised interest in the management of golf injuries and helping golfers at all levels improve their game.

A good golf swing starts with a good functioning body. Good posture, flexibility, strength, balance and coordination. Almost all of us are deficient in at least a few of these. The more deficient we are, the greater our risk of injury and the less efficient our golf swing is.

At Connect Health + Movement we will go through a comprehensive history with you to get a full understanding of any current or previous injuries, and to establish your health and golfing goals.

We will analyse your posture, flexibility, strength and balance and how this specifically relates to your golf swing.

We will then tailor a strategy for you to address the identified issues utilising the most appropriate combination of osteopathic treatment, massage, clinical pilates and functional movement training to improve you body function, reduce your risk of injury and improve your golf game.

Ultimately our goal is to help you get the most out of your body and participation in the greatest game in the world.

At Connect Health + Movement we will go through a comprehensive history with you to get a full understanding of any current or previous injuries, and to establish your health and golfing goals.
