Clinical exercise
We are running Clinical Exercise group classes (45 minutes each) in our Flemington clinic gym space. Each class has a maximum of five participants, with the aim of improving strength, control, balance, pain, and overall function.
Our programs are delivered by experienced Physiotherapists and place a strong emphasis on reducing pain, increasing strength, and enhancing function.
Classes are fully supervised and incorporate a variety of equipment including resistance bands, dumbbells, barbells, machines, and bodyweight exercises.
These group classes are suitable for individuals with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions (e.g. osteoarthritis, shoulder pain, hip pain, knee pain, lower back pain, or neck pain), as well as those looking to take a proactive and preventative approach to their health.
Clinical Exercise classes are offered at various times throughout the week—including early morning, evening, and daytime sessions—to suit different schedules.
